I had an excellent experience with Chason Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. For the first time, I heard a loud bang when my furnace started up, so I called Chason Services and was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician discovered that a small amount of gas was leaking when the unit started. He took the time to have me come downstairs, showed me exactly what was happening, explained the issue clearly, and quickly made the necessary repair. I also had my AC and main HVAC unit serviced this summer, and the entire process was easy from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, and Rob was always honest, clear, and helpful when answering my questions. A special thank you to Juri, who was extremely professional, friendly, and hardworking. He explained what he was doing, walked me through the work he completed, and made sure I understood any concerns he had. These days, it can be difficult to find a company you can completely trust, but Chason Services delivered the entire package: professionalism, honesty, quality work, and excellent customer service. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I will definitely be using Chason Services again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants an HVAC company they can trust!

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by Chason. After 25 years, it was time to replace Gas Furnace, HVAC and add Split A/C unit for master bedroom & bath. Tim & Jerry were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did the installation the correct way! We would not hesitate to use them again!

Had a great experience working with Bob, Eric, Tim and the rest of the team onsite were all very polite and professional. I needed to replace a +20 year old system and Chason was able to move my installation date up on short notice when the system died in the June heatwave. No complaints after a month with the new system, very grateful to have AC again!

Bob and every member of his crew are fantastic. We purchased a whole new HVAC system from them. They were on time, courteous, kind, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything. I would 1000% recommend them
