Service Memberships

Includes:

  • Bronze Memberships will include one (1) inspection per year. You may choose either a heating inspection or a cooling inspection. 
  • Silver and Gold Memberships include two (2) inspections per year, one (1) heating inspection and one (1) cooling inspection. 
  • Inspect, clean washable or replace standard 1” filter. 
  • Inspect system safety devices.
  • Inspect thermostat operation and settings.
  • Inspect refrigerant pressures, subcooling or superheat. 
  • Inspect condensate drains and condensate pumps.
  • Inspect indoor evaporator coil and outdoor condenser coil. 
  • Inspect fan blades and blower wheel.
  • Inspect burners and flame proving devices. 
  • Inspect oil furnace nozzle, strainer and filter.
  • Check for proper voltage(s), amp draw(s) and capacitance of equipment and components.
  • Inspect and tighten all electrical connections. 
  • Check operation of system and advise customer of present condition. 
  • Priority Service during regular business hours.
  • Discount on parts. 
  • Discount on new equipment and upgrades. 
  • Discount on Standard and Emergency Service Rates.

Bronze and Silver Membership Details:

  • Includes discounts on all parts needed.
  • Includes discounts on Standard and Emergency Service Rates. 
  • Includes discounts on coil cleanings, condensate pump cleanings and blower wheel cleanings.

Gold Membership Details:

  • Includes a 100% discount on Diagnostic and Emergency Service Rates.
  • Includes a 100% discount on most parts. All other parts will be charged at a discounted rate. 

Those parts include compressors, heat exchangers, coils, circuit boards, ECM/variable speed motors, metering devices, reversing valves, Wi-Fi & programmable thermostats, and zone control equipment. 

  • Includes standard blower wheel cleaning. 
  • Includes standard indoor and outdoor coil cleaning (if accessible). 

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to change the air filter(s) regularly. If not done regularly, it may result in premature parts and system failures. It may also result in additional costs to clean blower wheel and coils. A standard cleaning is defined as brushing or whipping clean. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Service Memberships will not be issued until the equipment has been evaluated and repaired to a satisfactory condition by the technician at discounted rates.
  • We also reserve the right to deny the sale of a Service Membership based upon the technician’s discretion. Examples: age, condition, worksite hazards, or code violations!
  • Equipment 15 years and older do not qualify for a Gold Membership. 
  • Emergency Service is defined as: No heat during very cold weather or no cooling when it’s a health necessity. Humidifiers are not considered emergency service unless there is a water leak. 
  • It is agreed upon that this Agreement does not cover ductwork, electrical, plumbing, or other services performed beyond the system components listed. 
  • In NO EVENT shall Chason Service be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses caused by any act beyond reasonable control, misuse, or abuse of equipment. 
  • Service will not be rendered under this Membership in any case that the Customer has a past due account. 
  • Although we try to send reminders to schedule your inspection, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to call in and schedule your inspection.
